Product Developer in Spain

Job role scope

Within our Product Development department we are trialling different varieties in several growing conditions, looking for adaptability and the best fit for our customer´s segments.

The Product Developer is working very closely with breeding department in developing product profiles and testing varieties across different pre-commercial phases, designing trial plans, executing and monitoring progress, measuring and validating trials results.

Most of the work takes places off site and involves a lot of contacts with plant raisers, cooperatives, growers and technical advisors

We are seeking for a Product developer person with:
- Degree in Agriculture
- Experience in the seed business
- Good communication skills
- English

Besides an academic way of thinking we are looking for a candidate with computer, planning skills, and a great team contributor.
